Dear mom, I contacted the Royal Bank of Scotland on August 14, 2025, about the bank account we share.  I know you have not used it because it has gone dormant in the past.  10 years ago I was contacted about it but I didn’t know anything about the account and the teller wouldn’t give me the account details so I passed on it.  This time I used; MyLostAccount.org.uk to locate the account.  It has been more than two weeks since I did this and they have yet to respond, so I think they will contact you first.  Please go to the bank and verify me on the account.  Furthermore, I will need a credit card in order to use the account so if you could set one up for me that would be great…

1. Create an automatic periodic withdrawal from the savings account to the checking account of 120000 pounds yearly.
2. Open a credit card with a 10000 pound limit.
3. Set up automatic monthly credit card payoffs for the entire balance (every month).
